"The apartment had a good choice of electrical equipment in the kitchen. The instructions for check-in were very well described in a direct email. Great location in Paris."

"It was not well enough insulated (single pane glass in the windows) and we could hear everything, especially the daily rolling of the garbage containers at 06:30 out for emptying and street noise. We could discern the conversations quite easily of people passing by or standing outside the building The toilet seat lid was completely loose. Shower cabinet glass walls were not cleaned well enough as they were full of scale spots. The floor outside the shower exit/entrance and at the corner betewen showoer and the sink floor suffered from visible water damage. Same with entrance on ground floor. Somw paint and palster would help. The bedroom was located in a room nin a higher elevation with a step up under a low ceiling. This is a safety hazard when stepping out to the other room due to head bump risk. Missed the carpet on ground floor as on the photo, as being winter the floor was very cold. Inventory of kitchen articles should be there as a wine glass was missing and there is an uneven amount of cups glasses and plates. Don't want this to be deducted from the deposit. Surprised I had to gurantee with a 500 euro security deposit the day before my stay in order to have access. Also to cover any "damage" missing articles."

"I want to say we had a good week here. However the ground floor area was a little cramped and uncomfortable. The stairs is steep and needs caution. The sleeping area is low, it was impossible for either of us to stand fully straight, and there is a low hanging ledge we bumped our heads on repeatedly despite precautions. We loved our stay but not sure we would return."

"I absolutely loved staying on the Île Saint-Louis, part of the 4th arrondissement. The location is peaceful, and yet is within steps of all of the action of the 5th and 6th arrondissements, including the Latin Quarter. The 4th boasts some wonderful restaurants, boulangeries, and coffee shops and has a nice community feel. The apartment itself was perfect for me as a solo traveler, and I could easily see it working for a couple as well. It was clean, and the lower level had a fairly large kitchen and dining area, which was perfect for those moments where I was relaxing a bit or planning my next adventure. The somewhat quirky layout is very charming. I would definitely stay here again, rather than a boring hotel."

"This is a very minor inconvenience, but I'll mention it just to be able to write something in this box. Maybe a door code instead of a metal key? So many French apartments and lodgings seem to rely on physical metal keys, so maybe there is an actual reason for this, but I always find myself worried about losing the key or fumbling for it when I'm in a hurry. An electronic lock would eliminate some of these issues, plus would eliminate the need for a lock box to obtain the keys in the first place."

Phon azionato al massimo, emanava aria tiepida , la trave per l'accesso al letto PERICOLOSA Rapporto qualità/prezzo un poco sbilanciato, ma devo dire che per pochi gg sull'isola di St. Louis ci sta ."
